PUL Holds Media-Security Dialogue Tomorrow

The Press Union of Liberia will tomorrow climax its 51th anniversary with a Media-security dialogue at the Police Training Academy in Paynesville. The event starts at 9 am. The day will end with sporting activities at the academy.

During the program, the Minister of National Defense Brownie J. Samukai and Director of the Liberia National Police Col. Chris Massaquoi will address the forum.

This year’s celebration commenced on Wednesday with a parade through the principal streets of Monrovia, followed by a roundtable discussions with some veterans sharing experience with younger journalists in the auditorium of the University of Liberia. The panelists were former Information minister Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Bowier, Mr. Aaron Kollie of Power TV & FM and Atty Philip N. Wesseh of The INQUIRER Newspaper.
