Credible reports gathered by this paper say Liberia Football Association (LFA) President, Musa Bility has put in front US$15,000.00 as part payment for first division outfit Keitrace FC.
A high placed source within the local football house said the LFA boss now owns 60% of the youthful football clubs.
The deal will see current president, Madam Mamie Kpoto, operating the club as president with just 40% until next season when the Federation for International Football Association (FIFA) presidential hopeful will take 100% of the club with the last payment expected.
Madam Kpoto has already started selling players of the club with a deal in the tone of a mouth-watering one already taken place with midfield king-pin Fred Brooks and Christopher Jackson who both were heavily pursued by big spending FC Fassell after their virtuoso performances in the Coca Cola top eight; the president cup and the current LFA topflight league already being purchased by Mustapha Raji’s LISCR FC.
Midfielder Brooks, arguably the best ball passer in the LFA league has moved to LISCR FC immediately, while striker Jackson, although already purchased, but will move at the end of the current season.
At the same time; another credible reports said that Madam Kpoto has sacked the newly appointed coach, Pennon, after a lacklustre performance in the last three matches of the LFA first division.
The coach led Keitrace to the final of the 2015 President Cup and wins against NPA Anchors and Aeries FC in the first two matches of the on-going LFA first division.
The coach was defeated in the last three matches against FC Fassell, LPRC Oilers and LISCR FC something which might have aggravated Madam Kpoto’s led administration to terminate his services.
Meanwhile, when contacted, LFA official spokesman, Henry Flomo, failed to give details on the matter saying he knew nothing about the entire deal.
As for Keitrace FC President, Madam Kpoto, her Phone rang endlessly without any response.
