Brumskine Re-elected LP Political Leader

The opposition Liberty Party (LP) has elected a new corps of officers to steer the affairs of the party until the 2017 general and presidential elections.

Those elected at the Voinjama, Lofa County seating of the party which ran from June 25-28, 2015 are Cllr. Charles Walker Brumskine, Political Leader; Cllr. FonatiKoffa, National Chairman; Jacob Smith, Secretary General; and Mr. Darius Dallon, Deputy Secretary General for Communication.

Other top brass of the party that well elected are Rugie Barry, Vice Chairman for Administration; Benjamin Sanvee, Vice Chairman for Political Affairs; Dr. Sam Ngaima, Vice Chairman for Policy and Program; LoseneBility, Vice Chairman for External Affairs; Cllr. Hilton Powo, Vice Chairman for Legal Affairs; Maxwell Grisby, Vice Chairman for Mobilization and Kwame Ross, Vice Chairman for Auxiliary Affairs.

According to sources close to the party, Convention to elect a Standard Bearer and others that will contest for elected political position during the 2017 election will be elected within the first month of the year.
