Final Hearing In Journalist Seah’s Case Set For Monday

Final hearing in the USD1.5M case involving Front Page Africa Managing Publisher, Rodney Sieh versus former Agriculture Minister, Chris Toe, has been set for Monday, November 18, 2013 at 2 p.m.
According to Atty. Kofi Woods shortly after a team of defense lawyers left the Civil Law Court yesterday, Atty. Kofi Woods told reporters that defense council finds confidence in the judicial system and that he believes his client Front Page Africa boss, Rodney Sieh will walk out as a free man on Monday.
Rodney Siah was sometimes this year sued by former Agriculture Minister, Dr. Chris Toe, for allegedly reporting an article for which he (Rodney Sieh) was asked by the Civil Law Court to pay an amount of USD1.5M.
