INQUIRER’s Former Security Chief Dies
The former Chief of Security of the INQUIRER newspaper, George Peabody, has died.
Members of the Peabody family told the INQUIRER management that Mr. Peabody died in Margibi County early last week following a period of illness.
Mr. Peabody, who worked with the INQUIRER since 1997, was a graduate of the Booker Washington Institute with a Diploma in Drafting. He was a committed employee of The INQUIRER until his retirement in 2010.
His remains have been deposited at the Smell No Taste Funeral Parlour pending funeral arrangements.
