NP Liberia Limited, one of the prestigious gas stations operating in Liberia has reaffirmed its commitment to the Liberian people and its competitors that the company is here to stay and beat the competition.

At a dinner marking the first year anniversary of the entity during the weekend in Monrovia, the Managing Director of NP Liberia Limited, Mr. Mohamed S. Kanu highlighted what the company has achieved so far in one year since its inception in Liberia.

After the opening of four gas stations in Monrovia about a year ago, Mr. Kanu indicated that the outcome of business has so far been very encouraging which has led the company to acquire more suitable sites within Montserrado, Margibi, Grand Bassa, Bong, Nimba and Grand Gedeh Counties.

Mr. Kanu disclosed that within the next couple of months, NP Liberia presence will be felt at the intersection of Lynch Street and UN Drive Intersection in Monrovia and in some of the counties already highlighted.

In the company’s current portfolio of products, Mr. Kanu said that NP Liberia has added BP Castrol lubricants which are high grade lubricants that would extend the drain of oils and give the customers’ engine a longer life.

He explained that it is surprising to note that 30% of all mechanical failures are caused by incorrect choice and usage of lubricants, even though 3% of the maintenance budget is spent on lubricants.

“I admonished you all to try our Castrol lubricants in town and we are available to provide you with technical support and for areas where we cannot; BP is always ready to assist as they are our founding fathers. There are other grades of petroleum products which    we market in Sierra Leone but we have not started here. We shall hold discussions with relevant authorities shortly to see how we can introduce them on this market,” NP Manager said.
